Thank you for shopping with L&B Tissues. Our goal is to deliver your order quickly, reliably, and affordably. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
🕒 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
🇺🇸 Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
At this time, we do not ship internationally, or to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We ship using trusted national carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS, based on the best delivery option for your order.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and destination.
🔁 Subscription Orders
If you subscribe to recurring deliveries, your orders will be processed and shipped based on the frequency you selected at checkout.
Shipping times may vary slightly depending on timing and inventory.
📦 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can also log in to your account at landbtissues.com to check the delivery status at any time.
📦 Partial Shipments
Large orders may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment if this applies to your order.
❗ Carrier Delays
Please note: L&B Tissues is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or peak seasonal surges.
We will do our best to support and communicate with you throughout any delay.
📭 Lost or Missing Deliveries

If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, check with neighbors or building management first.

Still missing? Contact us at sales@landbtissues.com within 5 business days of the delivery date.

Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect shipping addresses or unattended deliveries.
📝 Incorrect Addresses & Returns
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped at your expense.
❌ Refused or Undeliverable Orders
If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund once the package is returned to our warehouse.
💰 Sales Tax
Applicable U.S. sales taxes will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address.
