L&B Tissues Returns & Refunds Policy

At L&B Tissues, your satisfaction matters to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to provide a smooth, respectful experience with every order.

🔒 All Sales Are Final on Opened Products

Due to the hygienic nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products—including tissue packs and flushable wipes.

📦 Returns on Unopened Items

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at sales@landbtissues.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of your refund status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds may be denied for items showing signs of use, tampering, or abuse. We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns in such cases.

📷 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 5 days of delivery by emailing sales@landbtissues.com.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item(s) and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll either issue a full refund (including shipping) or send a replacement—at our discretion.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened tissue or wipe packs

  • Gift cards

  • Free promotional items

  • Wholesale orders (please contact us directly for B2B resolutions)
