 Orders & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, but we’ll do our best. Contact us at support@landbtissues.com within 1 hour of placing your order. If it has not yet shipped, we may be able to make changes.

Q: Do you offer subscriptions or auto-replenishment?
Not yet—but we’re working on a “Subscribe & Save” option. Stay tuned by joining our email list.

 

 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes at this time.

Q: When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking info via email as soon as your order is on the way.

Q: How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer free shipping on all orders over $99.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes. Expedited options are available at checkout depending on your zip code and order size.

 

 Returns & Refunds

Q: What’s your return policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened items.
Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please see our full
Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

Q: My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
We’re so sorry! Email us within 5 days of delivery at support@landbtissues.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description—we’ll make it right.

Q: What makes L&B Tissues different?
We combine quality, comfort, and care. Our tissues and wipes are individually wrapped, bulk-friendly, and available in both premium and eco-friendly options. We’re also a woman- and minority-owned business dedicated to customer care and community impact.

Q: What’s the difference between each tissue line?

  • Supreme Soft – Ultra-plush 4-ply luxury tissue (200 sheets)
  • Bamboo Bliss – 3-ply biodegradable bamboo tissue (200 sheets)
  • Everyday Comfort – 2-ply value tissue with 400 sheets per roll
  • Ultra Guard – 3-ply durable tissue with 250 sheets per roll
  • Flushable Wipes – Plant-based, sewer-safe wipes for a gentle clean

Q: Are your products safe for septic systems?
Yes! All L&B tissue and wipe products are septic safe and FSC-ready. Bamboo Bliss and the wipes are also biodegradable.

Q: Are your products eco-friendly?
Our Bamboo Bliss tissue and Flushable Wipes are made from plant-based materials and are biodegradable, plastic-free, and eco-conscious.

 

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Wholesale Inquiry Page and fill out the contact form. We’ll get back to you within 2 business days.

Q: Can I mix tissue types in one order?
Absolutely. Feel free to mix and match packs in your cart—we even offer bundle discounts on selected products.

Flushable Wipes Specific

Q: Are your flushable wipes truly flushable?
Yes. Our wipes are made from plant-based fibers, and are tested to break down safely in standard sewer and septic systems.
As with all wipes, we recommend flushing one or two at a time to help avoid clogs in older plumbing.

 Customer Account / Loyalty

Q: Do I need an account to place an order?
No—checkout is open to all customers. However, creating an account makes it easier to track orders and reorder in the future.

Q: Can I send L&B Tissues as a gift?
Yes! Our standard packing slip does not include prices. While we do not currently offer gift messages, you can ship directly to a friend or loved one by entering their address at checkout.

Q: Is L&B Tissues a minority-owned business?
Yes! We are proudly woman-owned and Black-owned. Our mission is rooted in delivering premium essentials with purpose.

Q: Where are your products made?
Our products are manufactured in partnership with global production partners who meet our high standards for safety, sustainability, and quality. All items are warehoused and shipped from the U.S.

 Subscription FAQs – Subscribe & Save with L&B Tissues

Q: How does the subscription work?
When you choose “Subscribe & Save,” your favorite L&B products are delivered automatically based on the schedule you select. You’ll also receive an exclusive discount:
• 5% off flexible subscriptions
• 10% off prepaid subscriptions

Q: What subscription delivery options are available?
You can subscribe to receive your order:
• Every Month
• Every 2 Months
• Every 3 Months
• Or choose a Prepaid Plan that bills upfront for 3 months of deliveries (and saves you more)

Q: What’s the difference between prepaid and pay-as-you-go?
Prepaid subscriptions are billed upfront and ship every month for 3 months. You save more and get one less thing to worry about.
Pay-as-you-go subscriptions are billed automatically with each delivery and can be paused or canceled after your first order.

Q: Can I pause, skip, or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely! You can pause, skip, change your delivery schedule, or cancel anytime after your first delivery—just log into your account.  For logistics, this should be done at least 5 days before your next scheduled delivery. For prepaid plans, you can cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle.

Q: Can I change the products in my subscription?
At this time, each subscription is tied to one product. To change what you receive, simply cancel your current subscription and create a new one with your updated choice.

Q: Will I be charged automatically?
Yes. Your saved payment method is charged automatically based on your subscription type—either monthly or upfront for prepaid plans. You’ll get an email confirmation with tracking before each shipment.

Q: Is there a commitment or contract?
Nope. You can cancel anytime after your first order is delivered. No penalties, no hoops.

Q: What if I need help managing my subscription?
